Position Purpose

The Human Resources Business Partner drives HR excellence by aligning US Oral Surgery Management's business goals with HR initiatives. This role focuses on succession planning, talent management, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Principal Responsibilities And Duties

  • Act as a trusted thought leader and partner to internal client groups on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, change management, and employee relations.
  • Lead projects and major work streams related to people strategy and operational efficiency using data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives such as practice orientation training and leadership development programs.
  • Support large-scale change management and business transformation initiatives.
  • Coach managers in talent development and addressing employee relations issues.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientations and handle miscellaneous HR projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (8+ years as a full-cycle Business Partner) is required. Certification (PHR or SPHR) is preferred.

Basic Knowledge & Competencies

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills using data and facts
  • Adaptability in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office environment with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
