Role Summary
The US LBM Senior Digital Product Manager - Procure to Pay drives success for finance initiatives within the Finance Technology team. This role delivers an end-to-end intake-to-pay experience covering supplier onboarding, purchasing, receipts, invoicing, and payments, while collaborating with senior leadership, engineering, operations, sales, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own digital product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
- Develop roadmaps balancing near-term wins with long-term innovation.
- Define and track performance metrics for executive reporting.
- Leverage data analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Mentor product managers and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6-8 years of experience in digital product management or similar leadership roles.
- Experience with strategic planning, lifecycle management, and technology decisions.
- Proven background in using analytics to drive product strategy.
- Industry experience in building materials, supply chain, or B2B distribution.
