Role Summary

The US LBM Master Data Analyst works with business owners to analyze and solve data challenges. This role is centered on ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability through metric definition, standard implementation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to address data challenges and recommend solutions.
• Implement enterprise best practices for metadata standardization, lineage, deduplication, mapping, and transformation.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs and metrics to track performance.
• Develop automation and cycle audits for enhanced data quality.
• Lead projects and coordinate with data analysts and IT professionals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to validate data and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare product data uploads and standardize data across ERP systems.
• Conduct ad-hoc audits and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in a business field or equivalent experience is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Epicor ERP Systems, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and relational databases.
