Role Overview
The Healthcare Business Development Consultant Non-Profit develops new business by identifying prospects and initiating contact for healthcare payment services. You will conduct meetings (onsite, telephone, or virtual) to present our healthcare payment services to large non-profit health systems with >$1B net patient revenue. You will develop customized proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate contact with prospective healthcare clients.
- Conduct meetings to explain our healthcare payment services.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and secure long term relationships.
- Establish and maintain a robust network within the healthcare industry.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;7+ years solution sales experience (payment and healthcare preferred).
Preferred Skills/Experience: Deep familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle/technology, experience with enterprise non-profit health systems, strong sales and business development skills, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel with 10+ hours of driving per week is required.
