Overview
The Director Clinical Recruiting Anesthesia On Call at US Anesthesia Partners is responsible for overall management of all aspects of Anesthesia On Call’s (AOC) Locum Tenens recruitment team. This role involves recruiting and placing Anesthesia Clinicians with clients, leading a team of recruiters, developing strategic sourcing strategies, handling tactical recruitment tasks, and managing KPIs and compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruiting enterprise function using best practice methodologies.
- Direct planning, development, and implementation of recruitment processes.
- Oversee the selection, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of recruitment staff.
- Manage team meetings, strategy sessions, and continuous performance feedback.
- Utilize Bullhorn CRM for monitoring recruitment activities and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Account Manager teams.
- Adjust strategies based on client needs and maintain quality service delivery.
- Manage resources and expenditures within budgetary guidelines.
- Uphold AOC’s Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values.
- Travel up to 25% as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required along with 5 to 7 years of healthcare staffing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. A sales-oriented mindset is critical, with proven ability in managing objections, complex negotiations, and mentoring. Experience with CRM/ATS systems, especially Bullhorn, is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels, including hospital executives.
