Job Description
About Urbix Hub
Urbix Hub is a rapidly growing European startup on a mission to revolutionize professional truck driver training through simulation, data, and gamification. We connect logistics companies, driving schools, and drivers on an integrated platform that makes booking, managing, and tracking training sessions simple, efficient, and impactful. With real-time analytics, clear dashboards, and AI-powered insights, we help companies reduce costs, lower CO₂ emissions, and ensure drivers are trained to the highest standards.
As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders to drive the strategic direction of the company and develop innovative solutions for our customers' challenges. You are a creative thinker with a passion for technology and empathy for drivers and fleet managers. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment characterized by creativity, rigor, and humor. With your support, we can provide small and medium-sized fleets with the tools they need to compete with the industry's giants, thereby raising standards across the entire industry.
Our culture is international, innovative, and people-centric. With teams across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Oceania, we foster a collaborative environment where every idea counts. We value curiosity, responsibility, and creativity – and we are building a workplace where your impact is visible from day one.
If you want to grow in a purpose-driven startup that combines technology, sustainability, and education, Urbix Hub is the right place for you.
