The Opportunity

As our Sales Development Representative - Dutch speaking in the Corporate Sales Team, you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers interested in forming a partnership with us.

What You Will Do

  • Advise new B2B customers over the phone as the first contact.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads from various campaigns.
  • Build and expand your lead pipeline through outbound activities using phone, email, social media, and personal network.
  • Prepare appointments for the sales team.
  • Document and maintain the CRM database.
  • Participate in industry and networking events to expand your network and boost company awareness.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Some experience in B2B sales or sales development.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic approach.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Team spirit, responsibility, empathy, and a willingness to share knowledge.
  • High motivation, perseverance, and eagerness to learn and grow.
