The Opportunity
As our Sales Development Representative - Dutch speaking in the Corporate Sales Team, you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers interested in forming a partnership with us.
What You Will Do
- Advise new B2B customers over the phone as the first contact.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads from various campaigns.
- Build and expand your lead pipeline through outbound activities using phone, email, social media, and personal network.
- Prepare appointments for the sales team.
- Document and maintain the CRM database.
- Participate in industry and networking events to expand your network and boost company awareness.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Some experience in B2B sales or sales development.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic approach.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Team spirit, responsibility, empathy, and a willingness to share knowledge.
- High motivation, perseverance, and eagerness to learn and grow.
