Solution Architect - Python
Are you ready to build? For this new Business Unit creation, we are looking for a hands-on profile, capable of driving the technical vision from pre-sales to delivery. Between client workshops in English (international context), translation of complex needs, project costing, and pure development, you will play a hybrid and strategic role to get the structure off the ground.

We are recruiting for a recognized consulting firm that is launching a new technological activity dedicated to the digitalization of business processes and data exploitation. The objective: to help large industrial groups transform their operations through tailor-made digital tools, data solutions, and AI components.
About the Role
In this context, we are looking for a Solution Architect who will directly participate in the construction of this new activity. This position combines development, architecture, and client interaction in an environment where everything is yet to be built. We are seeking a profile with a solid background as a Senior / Lead Developer capable of designing business applications, structuring APIs and data pipelines, and working on projects involving data processing, automation, and integration of AI components. The role is evolutive, eventually leading to a Technical Director position.
Your Missions
- Participate in pre-sales phases to assess technical feasibility.
- Estimate workloads and structure projects.
- Define the technical architecture of solutions.
- Design and develop business applications.
- Develop the first software components.
- Integrate data or AI components when relevant.
- Implement good development practices.
You will also be required to interact directly with clients during technical scoping phases.
Technical Environment
The technical stack remains open, but projects primarily revolve around:
- Back-end: Python for developing business applications and APIs.
- Front-end: Modern frameworks suited to project needs.
- Data & AI: Data processing, exploitation, and visualization, integration of artificial intelligence components.
- Interoperability: System interconnection, process automation, and API implementation.
The role involves the ability to design coherent, reliable, and scalable architectures, adapted to varied technical projects with high business value.
Profile Sought
You have solid experience, ideally gained in a service company or with a software vendor, with a significant tenure in a consulting firm, allowing you to have seen diverse environments and acquired true professional maturity. You are capable of:
- Producing tangible results (Hands-on): You have a strong technical foundation in Python development and enjoy delivering technical production from day one.
- Driving the client vision: You are comfortable engaging in pre-sales phases, translating complex needs into technical solutions, performing accurate cost estimates, and leading workshops.
- Piloting and Scoping: You don't just code; you have an architect's vision capable of structuring projects and defining methodologies within this new BU.
- Operating in an international context: You master English to communicate with international clients and partners.
- Shining through your dynamism: You are recognized for your dynamic personality, a strong desire to build, and a conquering spirit essential for a Business Unit creation project.
A sensitivity to data/AI topics is definitely a plus.
