In this context, our client is recruiting a Senior Account Executive, who will play a key role in structuring the commercial division, with potential for evolution towards a Head of Sales position.
Responsabilités
- Commercial Development & Closing: Take charge of qualified leads generated by the team.
- Conduct complex sales cycles (mid-market / enterprise).
- Execute strategic appointments and ensure successful closing.
- Structure commercial proposals and manage negotiations.
- Oversee contract signings and secure revenue targets.
- Sales Cycle Structuring: Implement best practices for closing deals.
- Optimize sales cycles (discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation).
- Improve sales scripts, arguments, and commercial frameworks.
- Team Management & Development: Coach and challenge the sales team.
- Formalize methods and performance standards.
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
A degree from a top business school (Top 5-10) or an equivalent profile with a strong business and performance culture.
Compétences requises
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Mastery of complex sales (long cycle, multiple stakeholders).
- Ideally, experience or strong interest in the AI ecosystem.

Rémunération & package
- Fixed salary of 55-70K€ depending on profile.
- Annual variable compensation of approximately 20K€ upon achieving objectives.
- Compensation subject to evolution based on impact and increased responsibilities.
