Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dansville, NY, for a Human Resources Assistant and Recruiter. The role involves recruitment, onboarding and orientation processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, facilitation of students, and supporting the HR team. Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Paylocity experience is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in planning and assigning Training programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar environment is an advantage
