About the Position
We are seeking a Research Product Team Lead to transform our world-class research into a powerful growth engine. This role operates at the intersection of technical research, product strategy, and market positioning. Your primary objective will be to enhance our reputation through high-signal content and ensure our product roadmap maintains a competitive edge.
What You Will Build
- Competitive Intelligence: You will own the system for tracking competitor features and claims, developing sharp "Battlecards" backed by technical proof to significantly improve win rates.
- Innovation Pipeline: Lead the "Market Research & Innovative Area," focusing on validating early concepts and quickly discontinuing weak ideas to streamline R&D efforts.
- Community Growth: Drive the execution of global CTFs (Capture The Flag events), technical workshops, and the Annual Threat Report to generate inbound demand and build trust within the community.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Research Product Innovation Team.
- Translate complex technical findings into effective sales enablement materials and "Battlecards."
- Oversee the incubation process for new product lines, conducting in-depth customer interviews and comprehensive TAM (Total Addressable Market) sizing.
- Spearhead the execution of technical workshops (e.g., CDR, CSPM) that are designed to accelerate deals.
Requirements
- You must have an ex-technical background (e.g., Researcher/Developer) with a transition into a Product or Strategy leadership role.
- Possess +3 years of experience in Cybersecurity companies or +5 years of experience in Tech units with demonstrated leadership roles.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives from intricate technical data.
- Proven experience in competitive analysis and active community engagement (e.g., CTFs, conferences).
- Hands-on experience with security products or technical analysis, along with hands-on coding experience, is a must.
