About the Position
We are looking for a Product Research Team Lead at Upwind Security to turn our world-class research into a growth engine. You will sit at the intersection of technical research, product strategy, and market positioning, strengthening our reputation through high-signal content and ensuring our roadmap stays ahead of the competition.
What You Will Build
- Competitive Intelligence: Own tracking systems and create impactful battlecards.
- Innovation Pipeline: Lead market research, validate concepts and prioritize R&D.
- Community Growth: Execute global CTFs, workshops, and publish an Annual Threat Report.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Research Product Innovation Team.
- Translate complex technical findings into sales enablement materials.
- Run the incubation process for new product lines.
- Drive execution of technical workshops to accelerate deals.
Requirements
- Experience transitioning from a technical role to product or strategy leader.
- +3 years in Cyber security companies or +5 years in Tech leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create compelling narratives.
- Experience with competitive analysis and community engagement.
- Hands-on experience with security products, technical analysis, and coding.
