Role Description
The Business Analyst - Process Improvement is a key member of the Process Improvement Team within clinical operations. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and creating clarity from complex data to drive business strategy and operational excellence. You will lead day-to-day data efforts, act as the subject matter expert on clinical documentation reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Several years in high-stakes environments (investment banking/management consulting)
- Healthcare industry experience
- SQL and SOQL knowledge preferred
