The Team

The Talent Acquisition team is building high-performing and inclusive teams that drive innovation. As an Engineering Recruiting Manager, you will lead a team of 8 full-cycle technical recruiters and work closely with engineering and product leaders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of full-cycle recruiters.
  • Own recruiting strategy and roadmap for technical roles.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders for strategic hiring.
  • Design scalable recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience.
  • Champion smart tools and data-driven insights especially with AI integration.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in technical recruiting and team management. The ideal candidate will have stakeholder management skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. Preferred qualifications include experience with both volume hiring and hard-to-fill roles, a strategic mindset and a commitment to recruiter development.

Position Details

This role is available in Remote settings along with offices in San Mateo, CA and Columbus, OH. You will work primarily remote, with periodic in-person onsite meetings. Base salary is competitive and varies by geography, with additional target bonuses, equity compensation, and benefits.
