The Role

As a Financial Analyst on the Emerging Products team, you will support all aspects of FP&A. You will engage in financial and business planning, drive key analyses, and collaborate across the organization to build driver-based models and scalable FP&A tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building solutions, thrives on efficiency, and is eager to develop deep FP&A skills in a fast-growing environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support short- and long-term planning and forecasting using driver-based modeling and ROI analysis.
• Analyze new-product unit economics and offer concise, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate assumptions into financial forecasts.
• Create scalable FP&A tools by refining models and automating reports.
• Partner with Accounting on month- and quarter-end close, reconciling to forecasts and variance analysis.
• Deliver executive summaries and monthly financial updates for leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and/or Python/R for analysis or report automation.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
• Experience with planning software like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
• Industry exposure to B2C SaaS or lending/fintech.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is available Remote within the United States, with team operations across East and West coast time zones. Regular in-person collaboration is encouraged through periodic onsite sessions.
