Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a DocuSign Workflow Developer to join the UPS team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex workflows within the DocuSign platform. You will also play a key role in debugging and optimizing existing workflows to ensure they run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new, custom DocuSign workflows from initial concept to completion.
- Configure and customize complex DocuSign workflows to meet specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing workflows, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions.
- Document workflow processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with new DocuSign features and best practices.
- Flexible to work in different time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field - Preferred.
- Proven experience as a DocuSign Workflow Developer.
- Strong understanding of DocuSign's advanced features, including conditional routing, data validation, and custom fields.
- Experience with creating workflows from scratch and configuring complex business logic.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
