Overview
Join UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be part of a talented team dedicated to ensuring smooth customs clearance through accurate document scanning and data entry.
Job Responsibilities
- Key entry of shipment information.
- Scanning and uploading shipment records into IDIS system.
- Auditing paperwork, printing barcodes, and verifying discrepancy reports.
- Performing administrative duties and maintaining paperwork hygiene.
- Contacting customers via call/email to retrieve missing documentation.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess at least a GCE 'O' or 'N' Certificate and preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in data entry with a typing speed of 40wpm, ability to work independently, and willingness to work evening shifts, one Saturday per month, and overtime on public holidays is required. Work locations alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
