About the Role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing clients (parents of K-10 students). Since our model operates on monthly renewals, your role will be crucial in ensuring parent satisfaction and continued subscription to UPRIO’s online live tuition services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet existing customers (parents) on a weekly basis to maintain relationships and build trust.
- Ensure renewal of monthly subscriptions by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and reinforcing the value of our services.
- Gather feedback from parents and share insights with the internal team to improve service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring smooth communication and strong engagement.
- Travel within the city daily to meet clients as per planned schedules.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Must own a 2-wheeler for daily client visits.
- Strong communication skills in English + Kannada.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily travel.
