About the Role: Full Stack Engineer
Uplimit is seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our innovative AI-native platform, which is transforming how teams learn and perform. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, contributing to both our front-end user interfaces and robust back-end services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
- Build and optimize performant APIs and integrate with various internal and third-party services.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our platform, contributing to architectural discussions and best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with at least one major front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Solid experience with back-end development, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and RESTful API design.
- Demonstrated experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for building impactful products and a desire to learn new technologies.

- Experience with AI/ML integration or related technologies.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
