Product Manager II

The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager II to join our team at Uplight and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet. In this role, you will lead product innovation by leveraging our rich data platform to create best in class business intelligence reporting and analytics to support program managers, grid operators, and internal admin teams.

What You Get To Do

You will:

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy focused on high priority insights and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to shape strategy, roadmap and launch MVPs.
• Lead 1-2 agile development pods, write user stories, and support planning.
• Drive sprint iterations and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
• Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Conduct user research and monitor key product metrics.
• Partner with various teams to align on core user problems and uncover opportunities.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and iteration.

What You Bring To Uplight

You should have:

• 4+ years of experience leading product teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with horizontal, multi-team collaboration in agile environments.
• A user-first mindset paired with technical understanding.
• Experience building enterprise software (B2B/B2C) and familiarity with technical design concepts.

• Experience across multiple industries and startup environments.
• Agile fluency in meeting cadences and ceremonies.
