About the Role

This Director Digital Transformation Consultant role at Uplift People Consulting is a career-defining opportunity to build and scale the Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and Digital Transformation Consultant ecosystem. The focus is on orchestrating complex and high-value collaborations with Tier-1 GSIs, driving multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes, and establishing the company as the preferred partner for industrial digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong GSI partnership pipeline with 10-15 Tier-1 partners in the first year.
  • Develop multi-year joint business plans including revenue and market targets.
  • Drive $2M+ in partner-sourced revenue within 18 months through co-selling strategies.
  • Execute joint GTM campaigns in industries such as steel, automotive, chemical, and energy manufacturing.
  • Shorten enterprise sales cycles by embedding the company platform into GSI-led transformation programs.
  • Build executive-level relationships and design partner enablement programs and certifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and GSIs to co-develop industry-specific accelerators.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates should have 8-15 years of enterprise B2B software sales or partnership management experience. A minimum of 5 years focused on GSI/consulting partnerships is required, along with a proven track record of delivering $1M+ annually in GSI-driven revenue. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or industrial IoT sales and understands trends such as predictive maintenance, IIoT, and Industry 4.0. Exceptional executive communication and strategic negotiation skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience within a Tier-1 consulting firm or GSI.
  • Industry expertise in steel, automotive, chemical, or energy manufacturing.
  • Global partnership management experience.
