Uplers is seeking an experienced LLM Engineer for an AI-driven fintech platform client. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop conversational user experiences.
• Work independently to deliver features and own outcomes without direct supervision.
• Analyze available data to identify opportunities for creating personalized user experiences.
• Fine-tune LLMs using data specific to the client's use cases.
• Implement and utilize various RAG approaches to augment LLM data.
• Act as a leader and independent contributor in a startup environment, being adaptable to all necessary tasks.
• Set up new workflows, systems, and tools from the ground up with available support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Experience in building conversational bots.
• Demonstrated ability to fine-tune models.
• Proficiency in using RAG-based approaches.
• Understanding of financial concepts and investing is a plus, but not strictly required.
