About the Role: DevOps Automation Engineer

We are seeking a talented DevOps Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing, product-driven team. This remote role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, and working within multi-tenant, multi-region cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure, continuously enhancing automation, security, and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support multi-tenant and multi-region application architectures.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Contribute to infrastructure best practices and documentation.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with multi-tenant and/or multi-region architectures.
  • Good understanding of Linux systems and networking basics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Kubernetes tools (Helm, ArgoCD, etc.).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
  • Exposure to security best practices (IAM, secrets management).
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Cost optimization and cloud performance tuning experience.
