This role requires someone who is strategic, execution-focused, and knowledgeable about the application of LLMs and Generative AI in a high-stakes enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Execute the "Reggi" Roadmap: Contribute to and execute the roadmap for Reggi, focusing on capabilities such as cross-jurisdictional research, automated policy drafting, and regulatory summarization.
- GenAI Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI to solve specific regulatory problems, moving beyond simple chat interfaces to agentic workflows that extract and draft requirements.
- Success Metrics: Track AI-specific success metrics (e.g., response accuracy, citation validity, user trust, latency) alongside traditional engagement metrics.
- Stakeholder Demos: Regularly demonstrate new AI capabilities (such as improved reasoning or new drafting skills) to internal stakeholders and customers.
AI Development & Execution
- Manage the AI Lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI features using agile methodologies, from model selection and prompt engineering to validation and deployment.
- Accuracy & Hallucination Management: Work closely with engineering to implement "Human-in-the-Loop" processes and citation frameworks to ensure Reggi provides citable, secure answers without hallucinations.

- Engineering Alignment: Collaborate with Data Science, QA, and Knowledge Management teams to ensure the infrastructure supports real-time regulatory updates and scalable AI queries.

- Agile Execution: Strong proficiency in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies adapted for AI development cycles.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision clearly.
