About the Role

At Upland Software, our smart, creative teams work together to deliver value for our customers. Our Sales Development Representative role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and contribute to industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work from the Austin office four days a week (Mon-Thu).
  • Represent Upland Software's products and services with in-depth knowledge.
  • Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM, sales engagement platforms, cold calling, and emailing.
  • Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives.
  • Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and report progress.
  • Identify best practices for refining the lead generation playbook.
  • Assess prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Report weekly and monthly results to the sales manager.

Qualifications

Experience in SaaS or sales is a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree is recommended along with 2+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, or Tech.

Compensation

Annual on target earnings of 80,000 USD: 55,000 base salary plus 25,000 commission, plus benefits.
