About the role
QA Analyst I - Upland Connectors
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with an overall experience of 1 – 4 years to join Upland India as a QA Analyst I for our Upland Connectors product. The individual will work as a QA analyst primarily in manual testing.
What would you do?
- Test new features and bug fixes of the product before release.
- Create and execute test cases, including functional, application, security, accessibility, and regression tests.
- Record, analyze, and report on test results and complex issues.
- Interact with QA, Product Owners, and Development team members to understand testing requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, which include, but are not limited to Sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups.
What are we looking for?
Technical Skills
- Experience: 1-4 years in Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Primary Skills (Mandatory): 1-4 years of testing web-based applications, 1-4 years writing/executing manual test cases, practical Agile and Scrum experience, and experience in CRM Integration testing (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Primary Skills (Mandatory): Experience in Security Testing (Access Control Permissions, Advanced Security Modules).
- Secondary Skills (Nice to Have): Experience working with AI technologies, basic database knowledge (SQL), and container testing experience.
