About the Role
The Senior Product Analyst, Data & BI will be a key member of the Data & BI Product team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data insights to drive better product decisions for consumer lending products, improving customer and investor experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams across personal loans, credit cards, BNPL, and servicing platforms.
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies affecting customer and investor flows.
- Partner with Credit, Marketing, Compliance, Investor Ops, and Servicing to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Analyze key performance metrics across customer lifecycles to inform product decisions.
- Shape internal data products by addressing usability and data quality challenges.
- Design and document key metrics, definitions, and validation frameworks.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to enhance data sanity, availability, and lineage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics, product data, or business intelligence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics, Information Management, Computer Systems or similar fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for complex queries on large datasets.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and data quality skills.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Business acumen in finance and lending is a plus.
