The Role: Vice President, Marketing & Brand Strategy
The Vice President, Marketing & Brand Strategy will own UnlockLand’s global positioning, growth engine, and industry narrative. This is a strategic executive role, shaping how AI-powered development intelligence is understood, adopted, and trusted across the real estate ecosystem. You will work directly with leadership to align brand, product, and global expansion strategy.
What You’ll Lead
Brand & Category Leadership
- Define and scale UnlockLand’s positioning as the AI operating system for development.
- Build thought leadership across Commercial Real Estate (CRE), PropTech, and AI.
- Elevate executive visibility and industry presence.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Design scalable B2B acquisition funnels.
- Lead digital marketing across LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, and content.
- Develop enterprise account-based marketing strategies.
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Translate AI + spatial intelligence into clear commercial value.
- Lead launch strategy and segment-specific messaging.
- Align marketing with sales and product for measurable growth.
Global Expansion
- Support market entry in high-growth regions (including MENA).
- Oversee event strategy (MIPIM, ICSC, BuiltWorlds, etc.).
- Build ecosystem partnerships across the built world.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS / PropTech / data-driven enterprise marketing.
- Experience scaling a high-growth company into category leadership.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate or capital markets.
- Proven track record in digital acquisition + brand building.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Executive presence and strong external communication skills.
