About Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Unlocking The Spectrum Texas LLC, founded in 2009, is dedicated to clinical excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and providing supportive, quality services to children and their families affected by Autism and related disorders.
Role Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will lead and develop teams of behavior therapists, oversee staff and client management, and work closely with families to ensure top quality service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellence as a BCBA on site.
- Manage center operations including staff, clients, and community guests.
- Design and coordinate assessment and intervention programs for children/adolescents with autism.
- Train and supervise clinical staff including RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, and Team Leaders.
- Handle physical duties, crisis intervention, and proper billing procedures.
- Manage caseloads, behavior plans, and maintain facility standards.

Educational Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- 2-3+ years ABA experience with behavior-reduction and skill-building programs
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train others and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
