About the Role
Unlock Health is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing smart budget recommendations and scalable strategies for digital ecosystems. You will be a trusted partner to leadership, sales, and client teams, translating data and platform expertise into actionable plans. The ideal candidate is collaborative, comfortable leading through influence, and motivated by building strong processes and high-performing partnerships.
Strategy Team Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with VP and Senior Director of Performance Marketing on new business opportunities, renewals, and upsells.
- Respond to requests for strategy and budget recommendations for new business, including estimated performance outcomes.
- Help maintain and update training materials and resources.
- Focus on the strategic implementation of platforms and products.
- Work collaboratively with other directors to support all teams within the organization.
Sales, Client Services, Corporate Marketing, Product & Growth Team Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders on large-scale strategic planning initiatives for complex client accounts.
- Coordinate budget recommendations for new and existing clients, working with Sales and Client Services teams.
- Assist with RFPs from a Performance Marketing client strategy perspective.
- Pull data or work with data teams to gather information for RFPs.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, rules, guidelines, and policies regarding sensitive healthcare information.
- Support Campaign Managers/Sales/Client Leads with ad hoc strategy, campaign optimizations, and inquiries.
- Support select client calls from a strategy/backup perspective.
- Research digital strategy trends and platform changes, updates, product features, and trends.
Vendor Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact for new vendor contacts regarding operational and functional implementation of digital strategy.
- Meet with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, DMPs, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience with forecasting and investment planning for paid digital strategy (SEM, Social, programmatic).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing on paid platforms.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of media planning.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Workfront or similar work management platforms.
- Experience in optimizing for SEO as part of a larger digital strategy.
- Solid knowledge of working in Microsoft suite.
- Experience in Healthcare Marketing.
- Experience cross-collaborating with creative and web design teams.
