The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President of Digital Transformation to drive the integration of technology into climate advisory services and lead the growth of next-generation, data-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and sustainability, offering the chance to shape how leading organizations worldwide operationalize decarbonization. As a senior executive, you will design digital advisory frameworks, lead cross-functional innovation, and spearhead client-facing growth initiatives that make climate action scalable and actionable.

What You’ll Do

Advisory Digital Innovation

• Design scalable, tech-enabled advisory solutions leveraging data, AI, and digital platforms.
• Oversee the development of high-quality datasets to ensure scientific rigor and impact.
• Partner with scientists, engineers, and product leaders to deliver actionable digital solutions.
• Build repeatable methodologies that scale across clients and industries.

Strategic Leadership

• Shape company growth strategy, resource allocation, and team design.
• Serve as an external thought leader on digital tools for decarbonization.
• Translate emerging policies and sustainability trends into service innovation.

Client & Business Development

• Cultivate and expand executive-level client relationships.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for digital advisory offerings.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and winning high-impact engagements.
• Mentor team members, building a scalable and future-ready advisory practice.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in management consulting, strategy, or advisory leadership (Director/Partner level).
• Proven success applying digital platforms, AI/ML, and data science to solve client challenges.
• Track record of building and commercializing digital consulting practices.
• Deep expertise in sustainability, carbon management, or climate strategy.
• Advanced degree required (PhD in technical/scientific field preferred).
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to align technical and commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, policy, and data governance considerations.
