Role Description
Sector Quartet Interior Design & Fitout is looking for a passionate and dedicated Site Engineer to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE (preferably in interior fitout projects).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and project execution.
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate daily site operations and workforce.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Resolve technical issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in Fit-out, Civil Engineering,and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Integration.
- Experience in Project Management, Site Coordination, and Field Execution skills.
- Proficiency in Planning, Problem-Solving, and Quality Assurance processes.
- Familiarity with Fit-Out, Infrastructure Development, and Large-Scale Projects.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Educational background in Civil or Diploma or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in interior fitout projects preferred.
