Position Overview
The SEO Strategy Lead is a remote role (US) with a flexible schedule, offering a compensation range between $115,000 and $145,000 annually. Requirements
Candidates need 6+ years of SEO experience with proven traffic and revenue impact, and 2+ years leading accounts/teams. Proficiency in GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio is essential along with expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and E-E-A-T. Excellent program management skills and the ability to communicate complex SEO topics to executive stakeholders are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own SEO strategy and roadmaps with clear OKRs.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Content, Development, and PR/Outreach teams.
- Establish scalable measurement frameworks and executive dashboards in GA4/Looker Studio.
- Provide insights on algorithm updates with impact analyses and remediation plans.
- Coach and QA team deliverables, standardizing templates and playbooks.
- Present results and strategic next steps to client executives.
