About the Project Co-ordinator II / Project Assistant Administration Role
Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center Limited (MRC) is one of the InnoHK Centres of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, collaborating with ETH Zurich, Imperial College London, Johns Hopkins University and Technical University of Munich. MRC provides a platform for clinicians, engineers, and researchers from local and overseas universities focusing on innovative surgical robotics technology with clinical impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties including HR and Finance matters in compliance with guidelines.
- Manage space, update database and website content.
- Support research projects, academic staff and perform secretarial tasks.
- Collect, prepare and analyse statistical data for reports.
- Liaise with internal units and external parties, and assist in activity promotion and organisation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
A recognised Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience are required. Candidates must hold excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills. A strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness to detail, self-motivation and good IT skills (especially MS Office) are essential. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Project Assistant role.
Salary & Benefits
The role offers a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience. The appointment is on a contract basis for up to 2 years, with contract-end gratuity and potential renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
