About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our project management team in coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure objectives are met.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization within the project team.
  • Conduct basic research and data collection to support project planning and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
