Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planview Business System Analyst to serve as the primary functional expert and administrator for our Planview enterprise platform (Portfolios/Enterprise One). This role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking tools are optimized to support strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert and administrator for the Planview enterprise platform (Portfolios/Enterprise One).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements and configurations.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Planview platform to meet evolving business objectives.
- Develop and deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay current with Planview product updates and best practices.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, with a focus on enterprise PPM tools.
- In-depth knowledge and administration experience with Planview Portfolios or Enterprise One is required.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, resource management, and financial tracking principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
