Role Description: Personal Assistant

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Personal Assistant located in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules, assist with diary management, and ensure day-to-day coordination of tasks. Responsibilities include handling communication, performing clerical duties, and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as needed.

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational abilities
  • Competence in Clerical Skills such as file management, correspondence, and scheduling
  • Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, email clients, scheduling applications)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adaptability and excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • An associate's degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a relevant field is advantageous
