Role Description

We’re a small but ambitious team working with clients across India, the USA, and Europe, and we’re looking for someone who can handle most Odoo tasks independently and grow with us in the long run.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules (Backend & Frontend).
  • Work with Owl.js or any modern JavaScript framework (React/Vue) for UI customization.
  • Implement and automate workflows to improve business operations.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via API.
  • Handle upgrades, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with our functional team and clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, XML, JS, QWeb).
  • Experience with Owl.js, React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, API, and custom module development.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and deliver on time.
  • Passion for learning and long-term career growth.
