Position: High-Budget Google Ads Manager
We are expanding our performance marketing division and are looking for a seasoned High-Budget Google Ads Manager to take ownership of large-scale paid media investments exceeding $500K per month.
This role is not focused on basic campaign management. We are seeking a strategic operator who understands how to balance aggressive growth targets with efficiency metrics, risk control, and long-term scalability. You will play a critical role in shaping paid acquisition strategy, optimizing complex account structures, and ensuring every dollar invested delivers measurable commercial impact.
Your Core Mandate
- Architect and manage sophisticated Google Ads account structures for high-spend environments
- Control large monthly budgets with disciplined pacing and forecasting accuracy
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS and CPA benchmarks
- Leverage automation, Smart Bidding strategies, and advanced audience layering
- Identify scaling opportunities without compromising efficiency
- Lead performance reviews and provide executive-level reporting
