Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Heavy Equipment Operator role located in Calgary, AB. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, performing tasks such as excavation, land clearing, grading, and preparing construction sites. Daily responsibilities include equipment checks, basic maintenance, adhering to safety guidelines, and collaborating with the construction team for successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Heavy Equipment Operation and Excavation techniques
- Ability to perform Equipment Maintenance and work with Used Equipment
- Knowledge of safe and efficient practices for handling various types of heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations
- Previous experience in construction or industrial settings is an asset
- Valid operator certifications and a clean driving record
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, outdoor work environment
