Job Description

Head of Growth

We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth to join our team on a part-time, 100% remote basis. This position is designed for a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sustainable growth, customer acquisition, and business scalability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the comprehensive Growth strategy, aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize growth initiatives across the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts in paid media, demand generation, performance marketing, and CRO.
  • Analyze data, key metrics, and attribution models to make strategic decisions based on results.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Identify scalability opportunities, new channels, and growth levers.
  • Define KPIs, OKRs, and measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Present clear and actionable reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar roles.
  • Solid experience leading end-to-end growth strategies.
  • Strong orientation towards data, revenue, and business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline, churn, etc.).
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid media, analytics, CRO, and martech.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote and part-time environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of ABM, growth loops, and scaling models.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments.
