This is a part-time, fully remote setup based in Spain (ES).
About the Growth Marketing Lead Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who thinks beyond channels and tactics — someone experienced enough to focus on sustainable growth, not just short-term wins.
It’s not about running campaigns in silos. You’ll own the growth direction, work closely with Product and commercial teams, and help shape how growth decisions are made across the business.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Defining and leading the overall growth marketing strategy across channels.
- Reviewing performance data to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Working with Product, Sales, and Content to improve the full customer journey.
- Designing and running experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization, CRO).
- Turning insights into clear priorities and actionable initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing.
- Strategic, hands-on, and genuinely data-driven approach.
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes.
- Experience with remote, international teams is a plus.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
Compensation:
The compensation for this part-time role ranges from €2,000–€3,000 per month, based on experience and impact.
