We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads + GA4 Specialist to join our expanding digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve strong ROI / ROAS performance.
- Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Build advanced reports and dashboards in GA4 to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and attribution models.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance results.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve overall funnel performance.
- Ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and compliance with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration, reporting, and event tracking.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion setup.
- Deep understanding of Smart Bidding strategies and audience targeting.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
