Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for comprehensive campaign management, performance optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement across all Google Ads initiatives.
Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other relevant formats.
- Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns to support clear targeting and performance tracking.
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices for scalability, efficiency, and performance measurement.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency through data-driven optimization.
- Adjust bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and ad creatives based on performance insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze advertising performance and provide clear insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare concise performance summaries and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to ensure proper tracking and data accuracy.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about updates within the Google Ads ecosystem and emerging performance strategies.
- Run testing initiatives to refine ad messaging, targeting, and bidding approaches.
- Contribute strategic ideas to improve overall advertising performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, campaign structure, and advertising metrics.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into optimization actions.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining consistent performance.
