Google Ads Account Manager at Crossover

Over the past few months, our team at Crossover has been increasingly involved in projects where Google Ads performance is directly tied to real business growth rather than short-term campaign metrics. In many of these projects, we’ve noticed something important: successful accounts are rarely driven by campaign execution alone. They are led by professionals who understand the full picture of account management — strategy, data, budget allocation, and client communication.

Because of this, we’re currently looking to connect with a Google Ads Account Manager (Part-Time) who enjoys working with data, solving complex performance challenges, and helping accounts scale in a sustainable way.

The focus of this role

Rather than simply launching campaigns, this role is centered around account ownership and strategic thinking. The person joining this collaboration would typically:

  • Oversee and manage Google Ads accounts across Search, Display, Performance Max, or YouTube
  • Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate campaign data into clear business insights
  • Support account planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives
