About the Executive Assistant Opportunity
Our client, a leading private equity real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Capital Officer and collaborate closely with the Capital team. You will act as a trusted partner, managing complex priorities and serving as a key liaison between the executive, board members, investors, and internal stakeholders. Your Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant
- You’ll manage a complex, high-volume calendar, prioritizing shifting demands and ensuring alignment across executive and board activities.
- You’ll coordinate board meetings, investor materials, town halls, and C-suite scheduling related to board cycles.
- You’ll oversee travel arrangements, expense management, invoice processing, and tracker maintenance with precision.
- You’ll prepare high-quality presentations and materials, leveraging advanced PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
- You’ll act as a confidential liaison with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven expertise in complex calendar management and board coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Mature, reliable, and proactive approach, with the ability to manage last-minute requests calmly and effectively.
- Experience in financial services, investment, real estate, legal, insurance, or banking environments is an an asset.
