About the Executive Assistant Role
Are you passionate about fiction and highly organized? As an Executive Assistant, you will support our publisher by handling communications, bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and serving as the point of contact for the founder and the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication including emails and candidate outreach
- Light bookkeeping and running reports
- Act as the point of contact between the founder and team
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support operations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with high agency, extremely organized, and passionate about fiction. You love to learn and grow, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in administrative support, publishing, or related fields is a plus.

Job Details
This is a part-time freelance contract (15-20 hours per week, with potential up to 30 hours) that may grow into a full-time role.
