About the Executive Assistant Role

The Executive Assistant role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 – $110,000 per year. This position is remote and flexible within the US. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO – protecting focus, coordinating communications, and enabling fast, high-quality decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex CEO calendaring and prioritization across time zones.
  • Draft executive communications, board materials, and presentations.
  • Plan and manage domestic/international travel and virtual events.
  • Facilitate meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up.
  • Gatekeep inbox and communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Create lightweight SOPs and tooling (e.g., Asana/Notion) for scaling the CEO Office.

Requirements

Applicants must have flexibility for occasional early/late meetings across U.S. time zones and 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication, executive presence, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom are essential. We are looking for a highly organized self-starter with sound judgment and discretion.
