About the Project
We are seeking an Event Management Software Consultant to help transition an event management project from a manual, group-chat-based system to a professional, automated platform. The project primarily focuses on managing multiple daily 2-hour events across various topics and locations. Currently utilizing tools like CourtReserve and TeamReach, the goal is to evaluate if these or other enterprise-level event booking systems—can be more effectively integrated into an existing website to streamline bookings, payments, and level-based player assignments.
Scope of Work
As an Event Management Software Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the Summary Business Plan to evaluate the operational flow and identify technical bottlenecks.
- Conducting Software Recommendation research to identify and propose existing "off-the-shelf" event or club management software that meets specific needs for level-based grouping.
- Advising on Integration Strategy for seamlessly integrating the chosen software with the current website to provide an optimal user experience.
- Performing a Cost-Benefit Analysis to demonstrate how the right software choice can lead to long-term savings in administrative costs and custom development fees.
Requirements
We are looking for a consultant who possesses the following qualifications:
- Fluent in English (US-based or locally in San Miguel de Allende).
- Proven experience with API integrations and third-party booking platforms.
- Ability to provide a reasonable rate for an initial evaluation phase.
